Great location, away from town square and function rooms. Nice view of the cathedral from room 408. Good-sized room with a safe. Very good breakfast. Convenient access to bus and rail stations for airport transfers. Clean and fresh room. Friendly staff
No instructions for room temperature control. No decent coffee available in the evening.

Well organised and wonderful breakfast, best ever had, with fresh products and fresh butter. Location: the hotel was next to the central square, the very centre of Västerås and the center and the restaurants.

I had a comfortable stay at Elite Stadshotellet. The room was clean and well-maintained, with modern furniture and a comfortable bed. The central location was a big plus, as it made it easy for me to explore the city. The hotel also had a great breakfast spread with a wide variety of options to choose from. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.
